Mi Points Rules

  • Points can be earned by spending money in participating businesses and in some cases completing active travel journeys. The base rate for earning Mi Points is 1 point for every £1 spent. Details of points earned can be found here.
  • In some cases it can take up to 5 days for Mi Points to be added to the account (from the time of a qualifying transaction).
  • Every 10 points earned equates to 1 entry into the monthly prize draw.
  • At most businesses you will earn points when you spend money with either a Visa or Mastercard or Amex which has been linked to Mi Rewards. In a minority of cases however you may only be rewarded for one or the other, to make it easy to understand we have added Visa and Mastercard logos to each business listing.
  • Any refunded payments to a card linked to your Mi Rewards account will reduce the points at the same rate as those earned.
  • Prize draws take place at the end of the calendar month.
  • From time to time there will be bonus competitions as well as the monthly prize draw. Details of how to enter these bonus prize draws will be published as part of the Prize Draw description.
  • You can view the number of entries you have earned for any live Prize Draw via your user account page.
  • Competitions can also be entered for free (no transaction needed) by emailing prizedraw@mi-rewards.com.
  • Where points have been earned but not credited to your balance for any reason then upon resolution they will be added to your account and count towards the current Prize Draw(s)
  • A registered user can delete their Mi Rewards account at any time by notifying us at support@mi-rewards.com. Any Mi Points balance at the time of closure will be lost.
  • The Mi Points Rules have been developed to provide clear statements about how Mi Points are earned and managed. The Mi Points Rules document should be read in conjunction with the Mi Rewards Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
