Mi Rewards Rules
- With Mi Rewards, you earn points as you shop with participating businesses, with a generous 1 point for every £1 you spend. Check out Mi Account for your points and visit the Mi Rewards Offers Store to spend your points on exciting offers just for you. Once you’ve spent your points on a local offer, you’ll be sent details of your reward by email, including details for how to use it. Your Mi Rewards points don’t expire (as long as your Mi Rewards account stays open).
- You don’t need a loyalty card to use Mi Rewards. Simply link your existing payment cards, such as debit or credit cards, to your account. Then, when you spend money using any of your linked cards at a registered business, you will automatically earn points. You can add a new or additional payment card at any time. When you’re logged into your Mi Rewards account, click on ‘settings’ using the drop down menu next to your name to add a new or additional payment card.
- With Mi Rewards, you earn points when you spend money with linked Visa, Mastercard or Amex cards but not all businesses will accept all cards. Click on Mi Businesses and you’ll see icons to show which cards each business accepts.
- In some cases it can take up to 5 days for points to be added to your Mi Rewards account (from the time of a qualifying transaction).
- Any refunded payments to a card linked to your Mi Rewards account will reduce the points at the same rate as those earned.
- Prize draws are exclusive to your town/city, so keep an eye out for prize draws for even more ways to be rewarded for shopping locally, including details for how to enter.. Prize draw winners are notified by email if they have won a prize. If there is no reply within 7 days, a follow up email will be sent. If the winner doesn’t respond within 14 days, then the prize draw may be redrawn. You can enter the prize draw free by emailing prizedraw@mi-rewards.com.
- A registered Mi Rewards user can close their Mi Rewards account, at any time by contacting us at support@mi-rewards.com. Remember, once you close your Mi Rewards account, any points balance will be lost.
- You can view the number of entries you have earned for any live Prize Draw via your user account page.
- Competitions can also be entered for free (no transaction needed) by emailing prizedraw@mi-rewards.com.
- Users must be at least 13 to register with, and use, Mi Rewards. By registering with Mi Rewards you represent that you are at least 13.
